In Pulsar, for each project, we implement or develop following a proven Delivery Methodology. We do it based on a 4-tier implementation strategy that divides the projects in phases, that start with Design and Planning, then we move to the Implementation Phases, once completed, we proceed to Test and do Quality Assurance to finally move to a production Support phase, were we continue engaged with our customers to provide 24 by 7 assistance from first to back levels, providing the skills required.
